One machine several gutter dimensions
This machine efficiently creates a semicircular groove (semicircular gutter) from a flat sheet in just two operations, making it ideal for quick production. It also allows for bending sheets in preparation for pipes, which can later be joined on a longitudinal joining machine, with precise control over the groove radius and reinforcement.

The machine is used to make a semicircular groove (semicircular gutter) from a flat sheet in a very short period of time in just two operations.
Sheets can also be bent on the machine in preparation for pipes, which are later joined on a longitudinal joining machine.
Making the groove:
1.) In the first operation, we insert the sheet into the channel and by rotating the roller we bend the edge 10mm/150°, and at the same time bend the radius of the groove.
We determine the radius of the groove with different dimensions of the roller (250mm, 280mm, 333mm, 400mm, etc.)
2.) The second operation is the creation of reinforcement (vulcan) on the semicircular groove.
The system for making vulcna is controlled by PLC (computer), and has a manual and automatic mode of operation, and the time can be regulated with a potentiometer.
