The MHSU delivers fast, precise light-to-medium trimming and volume blanking for workshops, mid-sized manufacturers, and architectural fabricators. It processes sheets up to 4 mm thick with a working length of up to 3200 mm.

Next-Generation Software Control: The MHSU features the Classic Cut software with an intuitive touch display. With up to 9 programmable steps in the cutting sequence, which automatically adjusts the back gauge for varying lengths on the same sheet, speeding up production while minimising waste.

Cosmetic & Delicate Surface Cutting: Designed to cleanly slice sensitive sheet metals (like pre-painted aluminium, polished stainless steel, and soft architectural copper) without scratching.
High-Volume Workshop Blanking: Reaches operating speeds of up to 34 strokes per minute in continuous mode, making it excellent for rapid batch cutting.

Standard Configuration

Manual back gauge, 750 mm table, adjustable via wheel from the front with digital readout.
Hold-down device equipped with a hard rubber rail to protect polished sheets from surface damage.
Telescopic front sheet support
Double-edged, all-steel cutting blades with a manual blade gap adjuster on both sides of the machine.
Milled grooves every 10 mm along the table, parallel to the blades for easy positioning.
A complete CE safety package, including rear guarding via a 3-beam light barrier and side protection grids.
Adjustable angle gauge left and right with scale.
Selector switch for single and continuous stroke operation.
Working height: 920 mm

Blades
- Optional high-carbon, high-chrome blades (surface-hardened) specifically designed for cutting stainless steel (approx. 700 N/mm²)
- Fine adjustment screws for materials with a thickness less than 0.5mm (included on the 3.2m model)
Gauges
- 1 metre support table with manual back gauge adjustable from the front of the machine with a digital display.
- NC Positioning Classic Cut back gauge with touch control in length 750mm or 1 metre.
- Extended angle gauges for the front of the machine (right or left) with a digital readout measurement system and a fine adjustment dial.

Front table
- Table lengths of 1m, 1.5m or 2 metres.
- Pneumatically controlled front or back sheet support to drop and deliver blanks.
- Sheet support arm with tipping gauges and a built-in scale.
- Extended tipping gauges and a digital length measuring gauge on the side with a manual fine-adjusting knob.
- Adjustable angle gauge with a scale division from 0 to 180 degrees.
